✨ Way Back When - Wednesday ✨ As part of our 100-year celebrations, we take a step back to the early days of St Patrick’s in 1926. These treasured photos remind us of the rich history, deep faith and strong sense of community that have shaped our school for generations. From this site, “the finest in Parramatta” came St Patrick’s School, Marist Brothers College and, through the work of James and Esther Cassidy, St Matthew’s School in Windsor. For decades, these related schools became centres of Catholic faith and education in Australia, nurturing generations of students in learning, faith and service. This historical reflection was put together by Mr John Laffin for the 200-year anniversary of Catholic Education, helping preserve and honour the story of Catholic education within our community. We are proud to continue this legacy today as we honour the stories, traditions and people who have helped shape St Patrick’s over the past 100 years. 💙 Do you know anyone in these photos? Yesterday morning, our school community gathered in reverence for our ANZAC Day commemoration, beautifully led by our Year 4 students. With dignity and respect, they guided us in remembering the courage and sacrifice of those who served our nation. Our choir lifted our hearts with a moving song, honouring the fallen and reminding us of the spirit of service, mateship and courage that lives on in each generation. They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them. Lest we forget.

On Thursday 21st May We invite children to wear their sports pants along with a top or accessory in the colour of their sports house.
Mufti (Casual Wear in the house colour)
- Melaleuca is now theBlue House
- Waratah is now theRed House
- Boronia is now theGreen House
- Wattle is now theYellow House
Families can check with the office if they are unsure of the house colour which can also be found in COMPASS.
How to Check Your Child’s House Colour on Compass
- Log into the Compass Parent Portal
- Click on your child’s profile/photo
- Select the “Profile” tab
- Scroll down to the student details section
- Your child’s House Colour will be listed there
